Training Consultants:
Our two Principal Trainers are Ms Lam and Mr Lee.
Ms Katty Lam holds a Master of Arts (Educational Management) form the Nanyang Technological University, a Honours Bachelor of Science (Economics – Management Studies) from the University of London, UK and a Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Development from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore. She also holds a Diploma in Business Administration awarded by the Singapore Polytechnic, where she won numerous awards and was awarded the Certificate of Merit for outstanding academic performance. She specializes in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, People and Leadership Development.
Mr K C Lee holds a MBA from University of Adelaide, Bachelor of Commerce (B.A), Curtin University, Diploma in Marketing (Dip, MA), The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-U.K.) and Diploma in Sales and Marketing (DipM) from Marketing Institute of Singapore. With a high impact selling background in SPIN selling and Franklin Convey program, he brings to you sales and marketing experiences from a professional practitioner perspective aims at a specialist business market.
Both are ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) certified and facilitator and assessor of the Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) System, a national training framework in Singapore for the Employability Skills, a training initiative by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) for managers, supervisors and operations workers.
Mr MM Kunasekaran (Kuna), obtained MS Logistics and Supply Chain from South Australia, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA ) from Thames Valley, Operations Management Diploma from SIM, including other relevant certifications for United Airlines.
Kuna, worked in Changi International Airport Services covering all aspects of groundling company for13 years. Subsequently he joined United Airlines managing three flights out of Singapore covering ramp, ULDs, Stores, weight & balance and cargo loading for 6 years. Later was requested to head Indian Sub convenient and middle east for Yellow Roadways ( now known as MIQ Logistics ) freight forwarding company for 10 based in India. After his stint in India he return back Singapore as Director Business Development for a year. He was recruited to join Goodpacak Global packing company ( Singapore Homes grown Company ) which deal with packaging bins with reverse logistics managing again managing the Indian sub continent and middles east. With Goodpack he travel across the globe to set up warehouses, transportation network etc.. On his job he travelled to Europe, Asia South America, USA. Latest assignment was to set up office & operations in Saudi Arabia – he successfully secured account with operational in place to the manages the business
